Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to the nature of international shipping, returns are only accepted in specific circumstances as outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@embsewsupplies.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and packaging pictures are required.

Buyer Responsibility – Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

1、Change of mind or no longer wanted. Personal preference does not qualify for a return. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

2、Wrong size or color or quantity selected. We do not accept returns for size/color/quantity issues. Please refer to our size/color/quantity guide before ordering to ensure the correct fit.

3、Buyer's remorse. Changing your mind after your item is shipping or receiving the item is not a valid reason for return.

4、Item has been worn, washed, or used. Returns are only accepted for items in original, unused condition.

5、Tags removed or missing. Items returned without original tags cannot be verified and will not be accepted.

6、Original packaging missing or damaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

7、Return sent without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Please contact us before sending any items back.

8、Damage caused by misuse or improper care. It is the buyer's responsibility to handle products correctly. Damage resulting from improper use is not eligible for return.

9、Custom or personalized products. Items made specifically for the buyer are not resalable and cannot be returned.

10、Sale items and promotion codes. Final sale items and promotion codes are non-refundable.

Seller Responsibility – Returnable Situations

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases. These situations are due to our error or product issues:

1、Item arrived damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Return will be accepted and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

2、Wrong item received. If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with your order details. Return will be accepted and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3、Defective product. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with a description and photos of the issue. Return will be accepted and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For all eligible returns:

· Contact us at sales@embsewsupplies.com within 7 days of receiving your order

· Returns must be pre-authorized. Do not send items back without approval

· Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions

· After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We DO NOT offer exchanges. You only can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note:

· Refunds apply only to the product amount

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable

· Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error

· It may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund

Important Notice for International Orders

As a cross-border e-commerce business, our products are shipped directly from overseas. International return shipping is costly and involves customs clearance, which makes returns for personal preference (such as change of mind, no longer wanted or wrong size/color/quantity selection) impractical. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.
